2015 F-council企业管理系列活动

——精益财务管理，创造企业价值

      大野耐一提出精益这个概念已经几十年过去了，精益的思维也从狭义的精益生产拓展到了广义的精益化财务管理，不仅在战略，市场营销，供应，生产，设备管理，人力资源，财务管理，绩效管理，企业文化等方面构筑起一整套精益化财务管理的模式，而且精益化财务管理对有效整合资源，控制成本，优化流程，提高核心竞争力起着重要作用。简单来说，精益化财务管理的核心就是以最小的资金获得最大的效益。在精益财务领域中，要求在企业的财务预算，成本管理，财务流程，财务部门工作等方面，把精益管理思想与企业财务管理相结合，设计成一套现代化的财务管理模式。

本次活动，F-council邀请了几位会员企业，请他们聊聊他们眼中的精益化财务管理。本次活动形式为企业嘉宾分享自身经验及相互探讨，而非以往授课形式。
