自从2013年我国开始全面普及营改增试点计划后,企业的增值税专用发票管理种类大量增加,增票不断地从有形货物向无形劳务拓展,大型集团企业往往因拥有众多下属子公司、营业网点需要对集团内部或对外部客户频繁地开具或者取得大量的增值税专用发票,财税团队发票管理的压力不断上升,从前仅仅利用手工进行发票管理的做法,已越来越无法负荷庞大的票据量处理,从而引发发票丢失的情况或者发票未及时认证的状况。在企业应用ERP财务模块进行记账的前提下,利用信息化平台进行发票的日常登记、流转、审批等管理是提升企业发票管理效率、降低发票管理风险的关键所在。那么,

Introduction
Since China has come into the world which business tax to VAT with planning taxation by invoice management, varieties of value added taxation invoice management of enterprise has a large increase. Value added taxation expand from tangible goods to intangible goods constantly, large-scale conglomerate need to group the internal or external customers frequently and issue or achieve a large amount of value added taxation invoice due to they have many subsidiaries, the pressure of tax invoice management team rising constantly, once upon a time only make the use of manual for invoice management, has become increasingly unable to load large amount of paper processing and this will lead to the condition of the missing invoice or invoice not timely certification status. In the enterprise application of ERP financial module under the premise of accounting, make the use of the information platform for invoice daily register, transfer, the examination and approval something like those management is the key to improve the enterprise efficiency of invoice management and reduce the risk of invoice management.

谢学焘 副总裁  协同共享企业服务(上海)股份有限公司
在税务领域从业已经超过19年。曾经在宁波税务系统任职6年时间,曾任宁波大榭开发区财政税务局税政处副处长兼开发区团工委副书记。在BP工作的十年间,他曾经历任BP中国税务顾问、BP北美税务顾问、BP韩国执行税务总监、BP中国区税务总监等职。2010年3月离开BP税务团队后参与创办协同共享企业服务(上海)股份有限公司,目前一直负责F-Council的运营和客户服务以及财税管理研究院的工作。
Hally Xie co-founder of F-Council VP
Hally Xie has 19 years tax professional experience incorporate tax compliance, corporate tax planning, governmental tax lobbying, tax laws research and internal corporate tax control. Hally worked for Chinese tax authority for 6 years and 10 years in BP Group Tax Function as a corporate in-house Tax leader posted in BP China and BP South Korea/BP North America. Hally personally has sound tax relationship and wide tax network relationship both in Beijing level and Local level. Hally left BP in 2010 and joined the F-Council since then.
