营运资金的运转效率很大程度上决定了企业的生存与发展，而存货是营运资金的主要组成部分之一，加快存货的周转速度、尽量减少资金的过分占用是财务在管理存货时工作的重中之重。
在进行存货管理时，企业较多的会使用存货周转率的指标进行分析。然而仅存货周转率这一指标并不能反映企业存货对现金流的影响，我们该如何将存货的周转天数与其他指标结合进行综合分析？如何善用存货周转率的指标做好营运资金的分析管理？是否有其他的指标可以帮助企业反映存货的情况？

Introduction
The efficiency of working capital decides enterprise's survival and development. Inventory is one of the most important part of working capital, and improve inventory turnover and save inventory costs are the keys to manage inventory.
Inventory turnover is an indicator commonly used in analyzing inventory. However, it can not fully go into assessing the impact of working capital. How to use inventory turnover to manage capital better? How to analysis the impact via the inventory turnover and other indicators? Are there other indicators reflecting the inventory?
