活动简介:
日前,京东商城正式推出“京东白条”服务,预示着网上消费赊销的大幕正式拉开。而与此同时,F-Council产品部同事也适时地收到一条来自中国移动的短信通知,告知由于其以往良好的消费记录和在网年限,故而免费向其提供欠费后可透支20元的信用服务。
A few days ago, Jd Mall officially launched the "JD Ious" service, indicating a large online consumer credit Act officially opened.While at the same time, Department of F-Council products are duly received an SMS notification from China Mobile, informed that its previous consumption record and good life in the net, so freely available to their debts after overdraw RMB 20 worth of credit services.
 
“赊销”,这个对于移动消费行业尚属新宠的消费模式,在制造业、贸易行业早已存在许久。可以说,几乎所有的企业都存在赊销或者被赊销的情况。而“赊销”所引发的企业信用控制,也早已经成为影响企业当年利润可能的一个大头。如何降低“坏账率”、缩短账龄等问题,一直是同行讨论的经典话题。
"Sale on credit" is the new method in mobile consumer industries, but in the manufacturing, trading had been there for a long time. It can be said that almost all businesses have credit or credit conditions. "Credit" triggered by the credit control, has already become a head of enterprise profit that year. How to reduce the "bad debt rates" and shortening aging, has been a peer classic topics of discussion.
 
也许在日常工作过程中,财务同行(全面)负责信控的例子并不多见。通常来说,大型外资集团企业都会有独立的信控部门负责日常客户的调研、授信等工作。而普通规模的企业的信控基本都是由国外母公司来负责,或者直接沿用母公司的信控体系。也许只有一些小规模的企业,才会因为人员配置问题,简化了部门架构,由销售或者财务来兼任部分职能——但往往也因为规模偏小的原因,使得信控存在的意义已经变得可有可无。
Maybe in the course of routine, rare examples of Finance responsible for credit control. In generally, large foreign conglomerates will have credit control department to be responsible for the customer research and other work. While ordinary corporations big and small foreign parent company to control are responsible for, or directly follows its parent company’s control system. Maybe only a few smaller companies, due to staffing issues, simplifying the organization, sales or finance to serve as part of the functions of reasons--but often also because of relatively small size, makes credit has become dispensable.

叶钦财     瑞尔盛中国有限公司  集团信用总监
叶先生专注于企业信用风险管理已经长达15年,先后在多家跨国企业担任信用控制经理,其中包括英迈(中国)商业有限公司、摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司、伊顿(中国)投资有限公司等国际知名企业。
自2011年7月加入瑞尔盛集团,叶先生通过自身丰富的经验及努力从根本改变了瑞尔盛先前不甚良好的信用管理局面。为瑞尔盛建立了一套完整的信用管理流程,包括客户评估流程、清帐对账流程、开票放单收款流程等。在叶先生及带领团队的努力之下,在不到两年的时间之内,瑞尔盛集团的DSO下降了20天,超期比例降低了11个百分点,回款率提升了11个百分点,坏账金额从以前每年640万降到了30万。
不论公司是大是小,叶先生都有办法解决各类信用管理疑难杂症。叶先生认为信用管理是企业得以顺利发展的基础支持部门,信用管理不是控制、限制,而是为业务部门提供服务和支持,一位优秀的信用管理人员必然拥有出众的商业意识。
Scott YE  Ryerson China             Credit Director
Scott focus on enterprise credit risk management has more than 15 years, worked in multinational companies as a credit control manager like Motorola,Eaton etc. Since joining Ryerson in July 2011, Scott through their extensive experience and hard work changed fundamentally Ryerson earlier not so good credit management. Established for the Ryerson a complete credit management processes, including client assessment process, clearing account reconciliation processes, invoicing & billing processes, and so on. Under Scott and to lead a team effort, in less than two years ’ time, Ryerson DSO fell by 20 days, overdue ratio reduces 11%, return rate is raised by 11%, annually by bad debts from 6.4 million to 300,000.
