What do you know about the 2014 tax audit?
Recently the SAT has released the 2014 national specialized tax audit notification and indicated that resource tax reform would be the highlight of this year’s fiscal reform. Besides, the individual income tax audit of high-income groups has been successionally on the auditing list for 6 years. In addition, the real estate industry, construction & installation industry, export tax reimbursement involved enterprises, equity transfer involved enterprises and individual income tax as mandatory audit items are in this year’s tax audit list, which means all the provinces have to audit these items in accordance with the SAT’s requirements. Compared with last year, this year’s audit will cover a greater range of enterprises. However, the tax authorities have considerably great discretionary power in the audit, so what can the enterprises do in order to cope with the challenges?
