F-Council 上海自由贸易试验区政策解读大会

2013年7月3日，国务院常务会原则上通过《中国（上海）自由贸易试验区总体方案》，引起各界瞩目，翘首以盼该方案和相关实施细则正式出台。可以看见，面对日趋激烈的竞争，上海市政府已现实了继续提升其竞争力的决心，那么上海自贸试验区将采取怎样的财税优惠政策？此次自贸试验区是政策突破还是改革创新？从贯彻自贸区总体方案的指导思想来看，海关、外汇、税务、投资等相关实施细则又将有哪些创新举措？

The State Council approved "The General Proposal of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone Trials" on the 3rd of July. Investors are looking forward to the relevant implementation measures. At this time when there has been an increasingly fierce competition in both domestic and foreign markets, Shanghai Government has shown a clear determination to improve its counterparts in the other regions.
